2022 was a busy year for me, both personally and professionally. I participated in many craft fairs and met some wonderful people at those events. I anticipate 2023 will be just as busy. I have already paid the booth fee for several events and am looking to add 1 or 2 new events this year.
I was able to travel overseas twice last year. Over the summer I visited Europe with my daughter and one of my granddaughters. In December I went to Australia and Japan with my daughter, one of my grandsons, and another granddaughter. I am still trying to recover from the most recent trip. 2023 will find me staying close to home.
I still need to put Christmas decor away for the season. It is a lot of work, so I have been avoiding it but know I need to get it done in the next couple of days. I have to say I am pretty good at procrastinating! As soon as I get that done then I will feel better about starting back up in the craft room. I am going to try some Gelli Plate printing for background pages for journals. I have been watching You Tube videos on how to do this. I think I can make some interesting pages with some practice. I will post some of the finished pages on Facebook when I am happy with the results.
I hope you had a good holiday season and am looking forward to what the New Year will bring to all of us.
Looking forward to your Gelli prints. Ceri the Crafter does a lot of gelli plate printing.
