All sales are final, unless damaged in transit.

 

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a refund. Evidence of damage must be shown and if requested, merchandise must be returned to Forever Fresh Scrapbooks at the buyer's expense.

For custom made albums, buyer approval is obtained via photos prior to shipping..  No refunds for custom made orders, except for transit damage or proof of poor workmanship upon delivery.

Cancellation policy for classes:  A full refund will be given if class participation has been cancelled ten days prior to the class date.
